Nidec Motion Control Unimotor HD
Unimotor HD is a high dynamic brushless electronically commutated servo motor range designed for use in pulse duty applications where rapid acceleration and deceleration are required. From 400W - 1.8kW with 48 Vdc input voltage, this ultra low voltage range is designed to be compact, precise motion and reliable on long-term and energy-efficient battery-operated applications.

Kern Motion ST Series
With four different motor types and a variable power range from 150W to 600W, our ST-series motors are characterised by low cogging torque and exceptionally smooth running, making them ideal for use as drive motors in plant engineering and robotics. Their innovative winding technology, integrated Hall sensors and extremely compact design enable precise positioning compared to conventional motors.

ElectroCraft RapidPower Xtreme BLDC Servo
ElectroCraft RPX motors are very compact, highly controllable motors with class-leading torque per frame size performance. With an advanced 8-pole encapsulated core, this motor offers high torque density at a very affordable price. Power ranges from 10W - 250W, available in 12V, 24V and 48V versions and like all ElectroCraft motors is fully customizable. This versatile motor is highly energy efficient and ideal for embedded applications.

ElectroCraft RapidPower Xtreme Gearmotor
Traditional BLDC motors have peak performance at very high RPMs. These speeds are too high to make efficient use of a gearbox, even when paired with a custom high-rpm gearbox there are typically noise and heat issues that make it prohibitive. The LRPX integrates the unique RPX series motor with a custom planetary gearbox. The result is a small form factor BLDC motor that can produce high torque at low RPM and offer strong, smooth operation with low noise.

ElectroCraft RapidPower BLDC Motor
The ElectroCraft RapidPower series is a compact, high-performance and high-speed brushless motor with ball-bearing construction, dynamically balanced rotors, and low audible and magnetic noise. Conveniently packaged in NEMA 17, NEMA 23, and NEMA 34 sizes these are a cost effective solution to motion applications.

ElectroCraft RapidPower Plus BLDC Motor
The ElectroCraft RapidPower Plus is a high-performance brushless servo motor incorporating the latest electro-magnetic components producing high continuous torque with low inertia for rapid acceleration. Available in NEMA 23 and NEAM 34 with a variety of commutating optical encoders for precise positioning applications.

Plettenberg BLDC Inrunner NOVA
The NOVA is an inrunner BLDC motor for high performance applications from 1kW to 50 kW of power. The motor has best in class power-to-weight and efficiency ratios and is very suitable for UAVs and other applications with constraints in space, weight and power supply. Given the closed design, the motor is very robust and ideal for application in harsh environments. The NOVA 3 motor is available as air-cooled version with/without fins or as water-cooled version.

Plettenberg BLDC Inrunner ADVANCE
ADVANCE is an inrunner BLDC motor with open housing design for high performance applications with up to 1 kW to 5kW of power. The motor has best in class power-to-weight ratio and is very suitable for UAVs and other applications with constraints in space, weight and power supply. The ADVANCE motor is air-cooled and has an integrated cooling fan.

Plettenberg BLDC Outrunner ORBIT
ORBIT is an outrunner BLDC motor for high performance applications from 1 kW to 15kW of power. The motor has best in class power-to-weight ratio and is very suitable for UAVs and other applications with constraints in space, weight and power supply. The ORBIT is available in different versions with or without cooling fan and as multi-copter version.

Synapticon Actilink-S Integro
The ACTILINK-S Integro series motors offer the highest power density in the smallest space and integrate the SOMANET Integro series into cost-effective and reliable servo motors.
We offer motors from 200W to 1000W and a torque of 0.65 Nm to 3.2 Nm continuous duty. All motors are available with and without brakes and with two connection variants.

Synapticon Actilink-JD Circulo
The actuators in the ACTILINK-JD series combine a compact design, high torque density, precise performance and flexibility for modular robotics. Synapticon Actilink-JP Circulo
The ACTILINK-JP precision actuator ensures exact positioning and enables high-precision movements and guarantees exact positioning. It offers reliable performance for precision-critical applications, for example in semiconductor manufacturing and medical robotics.
Combines speed and accuracy and enables fast but controlled motion sequences without compromising on performance. This ensures maximum dynamic precision. The system maintains its accuracy even under high torque loads, dynamic loads or in demanding operating environments.

DC Motors

ElectroCraft Direct Power Plus
60W - 600W. Our ElectroCraft DirectPower Plus Series features a rugged, heavy-gauge steel housing construction for long-life and durability. This high-efficiency motor includes dynamically balanced armatures, sealed ball bearings, and replaceable brushes.

ElectroCraft PMDC Brush Motors
10W - 80W. Hansen PMDC brush motors from ElectroCraft are useful for a variety of industrial applications, providing continuous operation delivering smooth control down to zero speed. Encoders with line counts up to 2048 are available to provide velocity and position feedback information.

ElectroCraft PMDC Spur Gear Motors
ElectroCraft offers a 2" diameter spur gearbox that is compatible with our 1.4", 1.6" and 2.1" diameter DC brush motors. These gearmotor packages are offered in a wide range of operating voltages and 4 gear ratio options, 12:1, 48:1, 192:1 and 768:1. Optional features include encoders, noise suppressors, custom shafts, custom leads and terminations, custom mounting and rear shaft extensions.

ElectroCraft PMDC Planetary Gear Motors
ElectroCraft gearmotors match our 1.6" and 2.1" diameter DC brush motors with either metal or plastic/polymer planetary gearing. This is an ideal gearmotor for medical applications where strong, coordinated, accurate motion control is required. The planetary arrangement results in a higher torque to volume ratio with low backlash compared to a spur gear arrangement. Gear ratios up to 642:1 are available.

Kern Motion DA Brushed Motors
The 150W - 400W servomotors in our DA series offer outstanding control accuracy and minimised cogging torque. They are ideal for applications that require positioning accuracy in the μ range – their perfect concentricity and small footprint make them essential for sensitive and efficient machines.

ElectroCraft TorquePower Enhanced Stepper
The ElectroCraft Torque Power™ Enhanced NEMA 11, NEMA 17, and NEMA 23 are the newest member of our TPE range. Produced using advanced manufacturing techniques, this high performance stepper motor leads the field in terms of torque per frame size. Motors are available with unipolar and bipolar windings and with a variety of shaft configurations and encoder options to suit any application.

ElectroCraft TorquePower Plus Hydrid Stepper
This bi-directional, 1.8° NEMA 34 hybrid DC stepping motor provides a lot of torque in a relatively small size. The TPP34 has holding torque up to 8.4 Nm with a step angle accuracy of ±3%.

ElectroCraft TorquePower Hybrid Stepper
This NEMA 23, NEMA 34, and NEMA 42 hybrid DC stepping motor is built with an extra-sturdy sealed housing. The motor is totally enclosed with permanently lubricated ball bearings. This bi-directional motor has a step angle accuracy of ±3%.

Phytron ZSS High Precision
Phytron ZSS stepper motors offer high precision combined with smooth running. With up to 102.400 approachable positions (200-step motor, with 1/512 step resolution and encoder) the ZSS motor provides your application with high precision positioning capabilities. ZSS series performs with a smooth low resonance running performance and low noise generation for high precision applications.

Phytron phyBASIC
phyBASIC combines the advantages of a price-optimised design with excellent operating characteristics from NEMA 8 to NEMA 34. That makes the phyBASIC motors particularly suitable for standard applications in the manufacturing industries. Good running performance, high torque and solid craftsmanship make the phyBASIC an excellent choice for environments up to IP 40 when it comes to quick precise positioning tasks.

Phytron ZSH/ESS/ESH/VSS/VSH/phySPACE
Phytron's ZSH, ESS, ESH, VSS, VSH, and phySPACE stepper motors are designed for high-precision in extreme environments. The ZSH series offers robust, high-torque stepper motors for industrial applications. The ESS and ESH series are vacuum-compatible stepper motors, with ESS suited for ultra-high vacuum (UHV) and ESH for high vacuum (HV) conditions. The VSS and VSH series are specialized for cryogenic and deep-space applications, operating reliably at extremely low temperatures. Lastly, the phySPACE series is ESA-qualified, radiation-hardened, and designed for space missions, ensuring performance in harsh extraterrestrial conditions.

Nidec Frameless BLDC
The Nidec D-Series Frameless Motors are designed to be pressed into your machine’s housing to provide a compact and powerful motor solution. Machine wound for high reliability, the D-Series Motors are available in standard sizes ranging from 35 to 100 mm, with a variety of stack heights available for each diameter. Linear Actuators

ElectroCraft Enhanced Hybrid Stepper
NEMA 11 to NEMA 23 frame, hybrid stepper-based actuator. The APES range is available in standard or custom designs as a linear actuator (non-captive), leadscrew motor (external linear), or guided linear actuator (captive). A variety of resolutions are offered, ranging from 0.006 to 0.050 mm per step, with an output force of up to 1001 N.

ElectroCraft L3-Series Hybrid Stepper
The L3 is an 86mm / NEMA 34 frame, hybrid stepper-based actuator. The L3 is available in standard or custom designs as a linear actuator (non-captive), leadscrew motor (external linear), or guided linear actuator (captive). A variety of resolutions are offered, ranging from 0.012 to 0.025 mm per step, with an output force of up to 2090 N. The unique dual load-side bearing design on the L3 provides exceptional durability, capable of handling heavy loads.

UltraMotion L-series Linear Servo Actuators
L series Linear Servo Actuators are powered by a high-power density Brushless DC (BLDC) motor, which is paired with a planetary gearhead to generate high torques in a compact package. This motor and gearhead assembly transmits power through a spur geartrain to the precision ground and preloaded ballscrew. A duplexed angular contact bearing handles all thrust loads and provides zero axial backlash for increased mechanical reliability and control authority.

UltraMotion Underwater actuators
Internally pressure-compensated oil-filled electromechanical actuator rated for operation to depths of 20,000 feet (6,000 meters). A variety of options including Nema 17 (U1) and Nema 23 (U2) stepper motors or brushless DC motors, self-locking Acme leadscrews or high efficiency ballscrews, in-line planetary gearheads, and strokes ranging from 1” to 16”. All AU and U-series actuators come with an internal linear potentiometer for absolute position feedback, and will require external motor control electronics to operate.
