Nidec Motion Control Unimotor HD
Unimotor HD is a high dynamic brushless electronically commutated servo motor range designed for use in pulse duty applications where rapid acceleration and deceleration are required. From 400W - 1.8kW with 48 Vdc input voltage, this ultra low voltage range is designed to be compact, precise motion and reliable on long-term and energy-efficient battery-operated applications.

Delta Line 48VDC servomotors are made for high performance applications where the most power in the smallest package size is critical. From 38mm - 130mm (3kW), various encoder feedback options are available for our Servomotors, based on the needs of the application. Delta Line BLDC Slotted motors
One of the benefits of DC brushless motors with internal rotor, lies in their better dissipation of the generated heat. Thanks to the reduced air gap in brushless DC slotted motors, the flux density is higher and torque production is more effective and efficient. Our slotted BLDC motor range offers diameters from 22 to 86mm with rated torque up to 3Nm.
Delta Line BLDC Slotless motors
The self supported rotor of our slotless brushless DC motors, generates low cogging torque and results in very smooth running characteristics. Since there is no iron core, these slotless BLDC motors are able to deliver high speed and acceleration. Our slotless BLDC motor range offers diameters from 10 to 40mm with rated speed up to 61800rpm.
Delta Line BLDC motors with Encoder
The specific external rotor design of flat brushless DC motors gives these products an exceptional power to volume ratio, while keeping them very light and compact. Thanks to a high number of poles, these flat high torque DC motors offer very good control also at low speed. Our flat BLDC motor range offers a wide variety of sizes with reduced length.
Delta Line BLDC Flat motors
BLDC motors with encoder increase the motion precision, the drive knows the position (or the speed) of the motor in real time and can perform adjustments to align the real condition with the condition requested by the system. Delta Line Spur Gear Motors
Delta Line BLDC and DC motors can be supplied combined with cost effective spur gearboxes, offering good torque to size ratios coupled with high efficiencies. If the standard configuration does not meet the application requirement then a customised design could be proposed, even for low volumes. Our spur gearheads are available with diameters from 12 to 24mm.
Kern Motion ST Series
With four different motor types and a variable power range from 150W to 600W, our ST-series motors are characterised by low cogging torque and exceptionally smooth running, making them ideal for use as drive motors in plant engineering and robotics. Their innovative winding technology, integrated Hall sensors and extremely compact design enable precise positioning compared to conventional motors.
Plettenberg BLDC Inrunner NOVA
The NOVA is an inrunner BLDC motor for high performance applications from 1kW to 50 kW of power. The motor has best in class power-to-weight and efficiency ratios and is very suitable for UAVs and other applications with constraints in space, weight and power supply. Given the closed design, the motor is very robust and ideal for application in harsh environments. The NOVA 3 motor is available as air-cooled version with/without fins or as water-cooled version.
Plettenberg BLDC Inrunner ADVANCE
ADVANCE is an inrunner BLDC motor with open housing design for high performance applications with up to 1 kW to 5kW of power. The motor has best in class power-to-weight ratio and is very suitable for UAVs and other applications with constraints in space, weight and power supply. The ADVANCE motor is air-cooled and has an integrated cooling fan.
Plettenberg BLDC Outrunner ORBIT
ORBIT is an outrunner BLDC motor for high performance applications from 1 kW to 15kW of power. The motor has best in class power-to-weight ratio and is very suitable for UAVs and other applications with constraints in space, weight and power supply. The ORBIT is available in different versions with or without cooling fan and as multi-copter version.

The ACTILINK-S Integro series motors offer the highest power density in the smallest space and integrate the SOMANET Integro series into cost-effective and reliable servo motors.

Delta Line Servo motors with Motion Controller
Delta Line Servo Motors with integrated controller are among the most compact on the market. The powerful drive built directly into the motor reduces cabling and simplifies installation and setup, enhancing overall efficiency. These high-performing motors are IP65 rated, STO (Safe Torque Off) certified, and available with an optional integrated brake. All models support a wide range of Fieldbus protocols, including CANopen, Modbus-RTU, Modbus-TCP, EtherCAT, Profinet, EtherNet/IP and Powerlink.
Delta Line BLDC motors with Motion Controller
Delta Line BLDC motors with integrated controller offer the compactness of a standard motor together with all the features of our drives. These motors have digital inputs and outputs and an analogue input, and can be also equipped with several Fieldbuses such as: CANopen, Modbus RTU, EtherCAT, Modbus TCP/IP, Profinet, Powerlink, EtherNet/IP. To reach top performances, a single turn magnetic encoder can also be fully integrated. Several models are IP65 rated as standard so that they can be used in a wide variety of environments without concern.
Delta Line BLDC motors with Speed Controller
The compact integration of the electronic speed controller into brushless DC motors, facilitates speed control by means of a PI controller. The direction of rotation in these BLDC speed control motors can be changed via a separate switching input. Our brushless DC motors with speed controller range offers diameters from 36 to 57mm and rated torque up to 0.3Nm.

Permanent Magnet DC (PMDC) motor, permanent magnets located in the stator provide the magnetic field, instead of it being created in stator windings. PMDC motors are generally smaller but still offer an impressive output performance, up to 85W, making them an excellent choice for use in mobility, patient care, industrial and leisure products.
Delta Line Brushed DC Coreless motors
Developed with a highly efficient ironless motor winding technology, these range offers compact, light and powerful drives with low inertia. Our brushed coreless DC motors deliver superior torque density and very high acceleration performances. Ranging from micro coreless 8mm diameter motors to larger 35mm solutions, these motors can be assembled with precious metal or graphite brushes.

Delta Line Stepper motor with Motion Controller
Delta Line stepper motors with integrated electronics use stepless control technology for 65,536 microsteps per revolution and offer encoder options such as magnetic incremental, single-turn absolute, or multi-turn absolute, to meet a wide range of applications. Communication options include CANopen, Modbus RTU, EtherCAT, Modbus TCP/IP, Profinet, EtherNet/IP, PowerLink, so the motors can be easily connected to any industrial network. These models are IP65 rated, so they can be used in a wide range of environments where moisture or water spray is present.
Delta Line Hybrid Stepper
Delta Line Hybrid stepper motors combine the best features of both the PM and Variable Reluctance stepper motors. This highly reliable technology increases detent and offers high torque and high speed performances. Our 2-phase hybrid stepper motor range offers sizes from 14 to 110mm with 0,9° or 1,8° step angle options.

3-Phase hybrid stepper motor technology is used mainly where ultra-low vibration and very low noise levels are required. The use of three phases enables smooth and precise motor movement. Our 3-phase stepper motor range offers sizes from 42 to 60mm with 1,2° step angle.
